Dam Safety Association (DSA) is a private organization which was founded in 2004 to advance the implementation of practice and to ensure the safe operation of dams in Turkey .

So many large dams were constructed for irrigation of lands and also production of electricity. DSA desires to be a non-profit organization for providing “dam safety concept” in Turkey..
